Sort Columns

The default sorted by column is set in the View Builder. To sort by another column, click on the column header, click again to change from descending to ascending or vice versa. Note: sorting is disabled for any column that contains long area or rich text fields and rolling formula columns.

Sort Child Row Columns

When expanding to view child rows, click the column header on the child rows to sort by that column, click again to change from descending to ascending or vice versa.

Apply Filters

Use the filter icon to apply filters to your View, you can use this to narrow down your results. You can filter by object type, or any sortable column in the View. Text columns containing Long area fields and formula columns are not filterable. You can apply multiple filters at once. Child rows can be filtered independently from parent rows.
